The three ideas of worlds I have are: Apocalyptic world (Nier, Resident Evil, Dying Light), Modern world (Yakuza, Persona), Fantasy world (Genshin, Zelda BOTW).  For the apocalyptic world I want it to be based off cities like the ruined city from Nier or Racoon City from Resident Evil. Modern world will just be a regular city. The places I was thinking was Tokyo or Shibuya for the environment. Fantasy world is based off games like Genshin Impact or Breath of the Wild. 

Backstories and ideas

Apocalyptic world idea: the world has suddenly been attacked by unknown enemies and humanity has been wiped. There are only a few humans left in the world and they explore the world to find the answers about the attack. The setting will be a isolated ruined city similiar to Nier with broken down buildings and cars. You can go around viewing the broken scenery and loot buildings. The style will be realistic that are similar to Nier.

Modern world idea: You are an undercover agent in Shibuya that is to find the secrets of a certain group. You go around Japan finding clues while enjoying the night scenery of Japan. The setting will take place in Japan in any of the cities. The style will look realistic and have a modern look the area. 

Fantasy world idea: A character that's in a magical world where they have to save the world from monsters. The world is wide and open with multiple towns and cities that you can access to. The setting would be a town that is populated with people that's similar to Monstadt in Genshin. The style of the scene will be cartoon-ish similar to BotW.

Chosen idea

The chosen idea that I have decided to make is to make an apocalyptic world environment. This idea appealed to me the most was because I like the idea of buildings that have aged and been ruined from age. Below are references of ruined cities that I might create.
